6 Bolt Crank

Moving

Our house sold and spent a couple of weeks looking for the new one house. We found a great house by Eastlake in Thornton. Has a huge back yard where I can build my dream garage. Feels great to downsize.

Since the new house is about 2 miles from our old house, I plan on just driving the car to the new house. However, I need to get the bumpers and lights on to make it street legal. Funny thing is that my wife told me that I had to work on the car. Of course, I had no problems with that.

First step was getting the oil cooler hook-up.

Next, I had to get the bumper to fit right. The intercooler pipes where hitting the bottom, so I had to do some trimming.

Before the trimming.

Sorry, but I didn't take any pictures. I was really trying to hurry and get the front bumper and headlights on the car. I took a lot of trimming of the front bumper. Also had to re-wire the lights, since I am converting to a 2gb front bumper. Of course, when using after market parts, nothing line up. I had to do a lot of trimming and bolting to get thing to look right. Still really far from done. Here are some pics when I finished.

Next weekend will be the back bumper and tail lights.
