After about a four week break from working on the car, I finally got to work on it this weekend. First thing I did was get the fuel rail to accept the -8 an fittings. Put the rail in the vise.
Get the right drill bit and tap.
Drill out the end, and tap that ass, oh I mean fuel rail.
Everything worked out great, and the fittings fit.
Just barley made it on the driver's side. Glad I got the tight fitting for the rail.
Finally got all the parts Zoop Sealed. After looking at the pictures, I have to redo the valve cover polishing job. Looks pretty bad.
Just had to put them on the car.
Also replaces the clutch flex line with a stainless steal line. Sorry not to many pics on this. It was getting late and wanted to finish the job. Also had to go buy some fully flared wrenched.
There are two reason why I had to take a four week break. The first my daughter was born.
The second I had surgery.
