6 Bolt Crank

I had a friend help me move the car over to work on the passenger side. Looking at the passenger side, I knew the car will look drastically different with the wide body kit. Please see the pictures below.

Fist thing was getting the fender on. It was a little bent up from being stored. I laid it out in the sun for awhile to help it go back to it's original shape. Still needs a little tweaking. Not done yet. Will finish up next weekend. My sister in-law will be in town next week, so I wanted my wife to help on the rear quarter panel cap.

I tackled the gas door next. It had to be brought out to match the wide body kit. I created some new holes and tap them for the bolts. Then extend the latching arm.

Still needs some work. I will fill in the gaps with fiber glass later. Looks a lot better then leaving it stock. Next thing was filling the holes that was left by the door guard. I took the interior trim off and supported the back. The bondo-glass the front.

I decided to get the rear quarter panel cap on. It took a couple of tries, but with the help from my pregnant wife, we got it to fit right. The first thing was to drill out the rivet holes, so the rivets will be flush.

With my wife holding the piece, I drilled and rivet the cap on. See the final photos of the weekend. The bottom piece is just hanging off the car.

Just got my new JM Fab intake in today. Here is a picture. Click on the pic to take you all the pictures.
